Between 9th– 12th July 2024, Dr Cezary Kucewicz attended the 15th Celtic Conference in Classics at Cardiff University. In his talk, which featured as part of the Aesthetic Dimension of Ancient Warfare panel (organised by Dr Davide Morassi (Madrid) and Dr Carlo Lualdi (Warwick)), Dr Kucewicz provided a general survey of the Peloponnesian shield-bands and their imagery, showcasing the newly launched Gdańsk Decorated Armour Database.
